(Grocery and Special Order Gift Cards)

What is it?

St. Patrick School buys gift cards at a discount.

How do I use them?

· Each time you shop at the grocery store, you use a grocery card.

· When paying your Kohl’s bill, you use the Kohl’s card.

· When giving a gift to your neighbor, you send an Outback card.

· When you go to Starbucks, you use the Starbucks card.

· When your family goes out to eat, you use the Red Lobster card.

· With your purchase, SPS earns the discount back.

· You spend no more than the card’s face value.

· SPS earns with every purchase.

· This is SPS’s pot of gold.

The use of these gift cards is a pot of gold we need. Please try out the program and make it a weekly habit. You can buy as much or as little, as often as you want to fit in your family budget. You are not spending money you wouldn’t normally spend; you are simply taking the time to convert your cash into gift cards so SPS can benefit from your regular shopping habits. Buying the gift cards through SPS does not cost you any more than buying them directly from the stores; you save time by purchasing from our large selection of cards rather than traveling to individual stores to purchase.

You may print the order form and send it into the school office to be filled, or stop in during school hours. Cards are also available on Pot of Gold Sunday after Mass. Special Orders are available for hundreds of retailers. For more information email ColleenTurley.

Click on the "Learn more about ShopWithScrip.com and PrestoPay.” Go to the "Getting Started" area to read how this works. At the bottom there is a Family User Guide to read and then you can register under "Scrip-using Families.” To register you must choose a non-profit as your gift card source:

Once you have registered at ShopWithScrip and you log in, you will see the option to create a PrestoPay account at the top. (This gives you the option to pay automatically from your checking account when you purchase online. You may still choose to pay with cash or check. The order will not be released until payment is received. Print a copy of your order to turn in with your check.) You may read more about PrestoPay in its section on this link. Reloading gift cards at ShopWithScrip.com is now available!

(Starbucks, Gap, Lowe’s, CVS)

       It will still benefit our organization as if you had purchased a new Card

If you place card reload only orders and pay with PrestoPay™, the order will automatically process overnight with no effort on your part. If you reload by paying with cash or check, the activation begins after our coordinator sees your payment and releases the order. (Any card you wish to reload must have been purchased from GLScrip originally.)

There are just a few simple qualifications for "overnight reload":

        The gift card must be a currently available reload card - and it must be a card purchased from GLSC.  New retailers are being added to reload all the time. Currently these cards are Starbucks, The Gap, Lowe’s, and CVS/pharmacy.

        The gift card must be registered at shopwithscrip.com - it takes just seconds to register a card, and you can easily register the card just before you purchase a reload.

        You must pay with PrestoPay™ - The online payment system speeds the process.

        Your order must be for reloads only - if you combine a reload order with a physical card order, the reload process won't begin until your coordinator releases the whole order.
