Extended
Care Program Director Each student in
the Extended Care program must have a registration
form on file with the school.
Please complete the registration form in its entirety, and be aware
that we are required by law to have the names and telephone numbers of two
individuals who may pick up your child in the event of an emergency.
In addition, we are required to have the full name, address, and
telephone number of your child’s pediatrician.
Any legal documents regarding guardianship and/or custody must be
presented at the time of registration. The Saint Patrick School Extended Day Program strives to offer a safe, nurturing atmosphere with structured activities, as well as free time, for our students. The children are offered a snack upon their arrival and have the opportunity to do homework or engage in the available activities of the day. We promote Christian responsibility in our students by encouraging cooperative efforts, such as having older students assist the younger ones, and having students be responsible for maintaining their areas of use. Students
who remain after the carpool line has been completed will be taken to
the extended day room at 1.
Each month, we will send home a statement in the Wednesday folder. Please be aware that payment is due upon receipt, and no balances will be allowed to carry over, as this adversely affects the operation of the program. Payment may be remitted by mail, or dropped off in the school office, to the attention of Mrs. Knerr. Please note: we will use the FACTS tuition account to deduct any monies owed to the Saint Patrick Extended Care Program if bills are not paid in full each month When
signing out your child, we ask that you show a driver’s license, or
another form of picture ID, until the staff adequately recognizes you.
Please be aware that this is for the protection of your children! If
your child is in need of any medications, we ask that they be taken
before the student arrives at Extended Care.
If this is not sufficient for the proper care of your child,
please let us know so that we can make alternative arrangements. If
your child is injured or becomes sick during school hours, our procedure
is to have him or her rest with adult supervision.
Parents will be contacted and kept apprised of the situation;
however, it may be necessary for the parent or emergency contact to
pickup the child at school. |
